I was happy to find the hotel right next to the park, but the pool was disappointing because it had poop in it.

The location beside Kings Dominion was great, just a 4‑minute walk, yet some parts of the property looked run down and it could get a bit rowdy with other guests at night.

The location was fine, but the door lock was broken, making it feel unsafe, the staff were rude, they never cleaned our room for two days, and we were not given clean towels.
