The staff were friendly and genuine, the room and bathroom were lovely and large, the place was clean, secure and in the centre of Sanur, and the bed was really comfy. The nightly noise from the band across the road between 8‑11 pm made it a bit hard to fall asleep; I’d recommend going to bed before 8 pm, after 11 pm, or bringing earplugs.
The location is great next to the main street. Nothing else to add.
The staff were friendly and helped us book the ferry to Nusa Penida, and breakfast tasted great. The place sits in a convenient spot near restaurants, shops, and the harbor, just a short taxi ride away. Everything else was fine.

The staff were friendly and the price was cheap. The hotel is 300 m from the beach. It sits on a very busy road with constant honking scooters and chatter; earplugs helped.
The facility is very centrally located. It has a very pleasant garden and the hosts are kind and extremely helpful. Our rooms were large, comfortable and clean. Just on the other side of the street there is a restaurant with live music. We liked the music performance a lot, however it continued sometimes until 23.00 o'clock which is not so good if one has light sleep and a program of activities planed for the next morning starting early :)
