The staff were extremely friendly, the food was wonderful, and the room was excellent.

We were given a faulty room and ended up being offered a refund for the breakfast; I found the way my complaint was handled to be very sloppy for a chain like Van der Valk.

We booked a spacious room with a lovely terrace, and the spa was really nice while breakfast was very good. Even though the hotel sits close to the motorway, the surroundings are calm and perfect for a weekend getaway. No complaints.
The room and bathroom were very spacious. The duvets, however, were too thick for me during the summer.
The restaurant put on a solid performance in the evenings, but the breakfast fell short in quality.
