I loved the breakfast, especially the fluffy pancakes. I have no complaints; I had a great stay at St. Regis, very neat♥️.

The service was amazing and the room was beautiful. Nothing else to add.

Breakfast was a highlight—fluffy pancakes and croissants were a treat, and the staff were top‑notch. I had a great, peaceful stay overall.

The staff were friendly, especially Mark at reception who tried to make up for the odd hotel policies. But the breakfast “included” thing was misleading; they only gave a partial credit and then added an extra $10‑$15. On top of that, they had trouble refunding my deposit on a Visa card issued outside Canada, so I had to leave the hotel, walk an hour to a bank, and get cash instead of a smooth check‑out after a long trip.
