I recently stayed at a hotel that had a great location, but unfortunately, it fell short in many other areas. The rooms were extremely untidy and situated right above a bar, which meant that the loud music could be heard until 1 am. To make matters worse, the air conditioning wasn't working properly in any of the rooms, and when I asked for a different room, I was told that none were available.

I was pleased with the hotel's cleanliness and the quality of the food, but I was disappointed by the extra fees I was charged and the unnecessary wait I experienced in the reception area after checking in.
