We spent the whole afternoon alone on the property and had the pool just for ourselves. The breakfast was small but adequate, and the rooms were well equipped, though everything is outside anyway. Netflix and Prime are available. You need a car, but the place is super central. We felt completely comfortable and relaxed, the best accommodation on our Elba/Tuscany tour. We booked spontaneously without giving a check‑in time, so we first found the gate closed. The owner was not on site, but after a phone call the gate opened and we were able to check in via the phone. This let us use the pool until the owner arrived. Google Maps shows the neighbour’s address; just keep going on the main road and don’t turn right. The big gate to the entrance is right on the street.

“Nice newly constructed villa”

The villa has four rooms in total, each offering its own privacy, a very quiet location, comfortable beds, and spacious rooms. The staff are super gentle, and breakfast offers plenty of choices. Everything was great honestly; the villa is rather new, so I think they are improving things as they go.
