The new property had fresh rooms and I appreciated the quality of the Kimrica toiletries in the bathroom; the bed was comfortable and we slept soundly. We had both dinner and breakfast, and the food was okay. Service was fine, and they didn't provide water bottles because they have an RO dispenser, which is an interesting feature in the room. Their in‑room tea cups are made of biodegradable material, so I give full marks for sustainability. The bar, however, was not operational.

I've been trying to get my bill address changed for over a week now, but unfortunately, I haven't received any confirmation yet. Despite this hiccup, I was pleased with the overall service I received during my stay. However, the delay in addressing my billing issue left a bit of a sour taste.

My stay at this property was largely enjoyable, but I did encounter some issues with the front desk, particularly with regards to billing. I had to spend a significant amount of time explaining the situation to my company's finance team to get the bills cleared, which was frustrating. On the other hand, the property itself was a great place to stay.
