Everything was great until the elevator stopped working, which was a big inconvenience.

I flew in from Seattle for a family emergency that was tough and stressful, and Candlewood Suites made me feel grounded and at home; the whole staff were very accommodating and patient. It was the longest stay I've had in one hotel, and I don't think I would have felt as comfortable anywhere else for that length of time, especially under what I was dealing with. I'm very grateful that everything was resolved and improved before I left. Thank you. The only suggestion would be an indoor pool or hot tub for relaxation.

I appreciated how easy it was to get to the hotel, but unfortunately, my room had a major drawback - it faced the highway, which meant I was treated to the constant rumble of trucks throughout the night. Despite its convenient location, the noise was a significant disturbance. Overall, it was a mixed experience.

As an IHG property, I was expecting a certain level of quality, and the location did meet my needs in terms of proximity. However, my room was right at the front of the building, facing Main Street, which resulted in a considerable amount of traffic noise. To make matters worse, I was greeted with unlocked windows on the first floor and no screens, which wasn't ideal.
