“Scam!”
The camp is about 40 km from the city, but it’s listed as being in Jaisalmer on the booking site; the pickup fee is relatively high, and I couldn’t cancel for free because of this misrepresentation. The accommodation never replied to my complaint about the fraud, the booking platform ignored all my messages, didn’t support me, and even after officially canceling it tried to get me to review the property. This trip to India was a huge disappointment; I’ll never book through that platform again—no customer service at all!
