The breakfast and bed were good, and the location near the park and cemetery was easy to reach. However, the fast charger and cable that were supposed to be returned were left stuck in the wall of the room, costing £25 to replace because they never appeared!

The food service had a slight delay, but otherwise everything was fine.

Mason and Dylan were especially helpful, and the breakfast buffet offered great value if you book ahead. The parking fees are a downside since the hotel isn’t in the city centre.

Basic rooms but clean had a very good night sleep the mattress and pillows were very comfortable. Had fish n chips for evening meal, would defiantly recommend very nice. Breakfast is a must to pre order night before we all enjoyed the food. Helpful friendly staff. Could do with some decor refresh
