Excellent location, just two blocks from the central square. Great breakfast buffet. Overall good service. The room had a TV but no cable, so only Netflix, YouTube, etc with personal account. The bathroom drain gave off a bad odor. The nightly price seemed expensive for the hotel's quality.

The breakfast was simple yet adequate. The rooms were spacious and the storage area was comfortable. The staff were very friendly, warm, and eager to help. The location is fantastic, offering views of the hills from every room and just steps from the entrance to Paseo de los Colorados. Considering the price‑to‑value ratio, the mattress could be better. In the bathroom there are no hooks or shelves for towels and clean linens; we found them in an open wicker basket on the floor next to the toilet.

I appreciated the great service and the location more than anything else. The hotel is not only close to the plaza, but La Casa sits on a charming block with a café, restaurants, and shops. It isn’t designed for people with mobility issues—everything is on stairs—but I didn’t have any trouble, and the ladies were helpful with my luggage.
