The staff were friendly, there was a TV but no Wi‑Fi because of the floods. The shower was good, though it took a long time to heat up. The bed was really hard, the view was rubbish, the electrical sockets kept losing power, and it wasn’t very clean.

Everything was fine. Leaving was the only downside.
