The bed was comfortable, but the room smelled of smoke, had lots of flies, and when I complained about smoking and flies, the staff asked, “Do you want us to bring you an air freshener and a fly swatter? We have no available rooms and you are on a non‑refundable rate.” There were also ants in the corner.

The motel was big overall, but one staff member was horribly rude for no reason, never coming out the back with a smile or friendly face when you first walk in. I had never been there before, so I came in earlier in the morning, checked out, and paid for the room. The first lady was sweet and very helpful and thought everything would be great, but later when I returned to check in, I was met with a look as if I had done something wrong, and her greeting was attitude instead of a simple “Hi, how can I help you?” or “Hi, what do you need?” I will never stay again and have told my husband’s company how horrible this motel is so they will no longer book there.
