The location, garden, breakfast, and beds were comfortable, the place was clean, and the staff were friendly. However, the bathrooms looked old‑fashioned, so we had to book a mobility room to avoid a shower.

The breakfast was fine. The bathroom was outdated, with separate cold and hot water knobs and a tub that could be slippery; it was just below standard.

Great location, just 10 mins walk to Floriade. The staff were really polite and friendly. The bed is too hard and the pillows are too high, so we did not have a good night's sleep
