The spot was close to the yellow metro, but the communication was awful – I messaged ahead about check‑in and got only an auto‑reply. We missed breakfast because there were no other guests, so they didn't serve it. It felt disrespectful and uncommitted. I wouldn't recommend it; the front desk was lost and we never got a proper rest, just left our bags until the next stop.

We didn't even get to sleep – we arrived from a trip and they raised the price by 50% during check‑in. They left us on the street at midnight with no options. Service was awful, the area was okay but the façade looked terrible.

Location was solid. It was right where I needed it, but nothing else stands out.

The place is well‑situated near a cable car, quiet, and close to restaurants, a pharmacy, and a market. But the white towels were stained, the mattress was old and uncomfortable, and the laundry didn't handle whites or colors properly.
