The location is quite good, but the WiFi was unstable in the third‑floor room and the two single beds were uncomfortable.

The staff were delightful and helpful, and the property had a pleasant atmosphere—this influenced my decision. However, the rooms and furnishings are in need of renovation or replacement; they feel a bit dated. That said, the staff were very courteous, so my overall rating is positive. Very good location of the property. The room furnishings are due for replacement, and the walls need painting. The light bulb above the bed isn't working. It was hard to open the window
