The location is central and easy to reach on foot, and the room was spacious and clean, but the staff had not been trained to avoid loudly announcing room numbers to solo female guests; the shower leaked into the room, the air‑conditioner was broken so I had to open the window, and the only way to get a hair dryer was to pay at the reception.

I couldn't stay at the hotel because it was under renovation, so I had to grab breakfast at the Novotel next door, which turned out to be a fantastic start to the day!
