How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.

We stayed on the ground floor without a balcony. Everything was new, the room was spacious with a fantastic bathroom and very well equipped. The owner was super friendly (worth noting that all Sardinians are very welcoming). The room had plenty of snacks, coffee, tea, water, and drinks in the fridge. The two‑person ground‑floor room is more suitable for a short stay than a long one, as there isn’t much place to hang swimsuits or towels. It’s close to a bus stop that goes to the airport and other nice destinations. Everything was fine.

Spacious, very clean, beautifully arranged. No parking available in the whole neighborhood, which is a shame. The entire accommodation was fine.

“We were pleasantly surprised at the inviting room and it's huge bathroom.”

This was a very convenient place to stay in Olbia, right around the corner from the bus station to the airport. The bathroom was huge with no tight spaces typically found in Italian accommodation! There was plenty of space to unpack and regroup. The proximity to restaurants and the main street was very good. The minibar had a selection of drinks included with the room.

“Idéal pour la visite du centre d’Olbia”

The place was freshly renovated and tastefully decorated, spotlessly clean, and right in the heart of Olbia, close to bus stops 2 for the airport and 1 for the marina. Carlotta had a lot of little touches like croissants, coffee, yogurt, and drinks. However, asking us to send copies of our ID the same morning to receive the access codes caused a connection issue, so we didn’t get the codes to enter the studio.
