“Convenient room”

I checked in late, so the key and codes were explained well – very central. Obviously it was a shared bedroom, but that was advertised.

We booked the wrong city by mistake, a mix‑up that happens sometimes when city names are similar. The reservation was for the next day, and five hours after booking we realized the error. We called the hotel, emailed and texted, pleading for a cancellation and refund of the €71 stay, even offering a partial refund if we had cancelled only four or five hours before. The host gave us no reply by any means—no email, no message, no phone call. I also reached out to the booking platform, but they received no response either. This discourteous conduct for a €71 stay is outrageous; we ended up paying twice that amount for accommodation.

“Scam, do not go there”

The place was filthy, with a bathroom located in the hallway outside the room. The key was in an unlocked box downstairs, meaning anyone could enter. It was extremely noisy, the room was very dark, and absolutely filthy. I left immediately after seeing the state of the place at 1 am and checked into a nearby hotel. This is a total scam—do not go there.
