I was pleased with the location, just an hour from Calais, and the staff were friendly while the room felt comfortable. The price was a solid deal, and I appreciated the secure motorcycle parking. The only downside was that the hotel bar shut down early.

Nothing good at all. I will never book here again because there was no reception open at night! I struggled to get the code to enter the building and the room, and the bed emitted a terrible odor that forced me to sleep with the window open. The smell came from the bedding, probably the mattress cover. Paying 120 euros for a night with so many issues is outrageous! I couldn't wear the same pajamas the next night because they were soaked in the smell. Luckily I didn’t book two consecutive nights at this place. At arrival the reservation number was unknown; the number from Booking didn’t match the one the hotel gave me just before 23:00. I called on my phone, waited more than 5 minutes after a speaker answered in an incomprehensible language, and realized the same number in my Booking reservation was the same as the hotel’s box number. When I pressed it, a person answered but only gave me the reservation number to enter the machine, which then gave me the room number… that wasn’t enough because I still didn’t have the code to enter the building and the room… another phone call to finally get the code and access the room! At 00:10 and 5 minutes later, the code to enter the room was sent by email, almost an hour after.

Propreté générale et insonorisation. Pas de réseau wifi dans la chambre, prise de chevet non fonctionnelle : signalé mais pas réparé en 3 jours. Pas de balai brosse dans les wc. Pas de distributeur de café ou boissons dans l'hôtel
