The hotel staff and their behavior were truly commendable, they were very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the room and the state of the toilet, which was not up to standard.
I appreciated the hotel's good location, it was very convenient for me. However, I did find the bed to be too hard and was surprised that there was no hair dryer provided. Despite these issues, the location really made up for it.
“Passabile”
The hotel's carelessness was evident in the broken water dispenser, dirty towels, and mirrors. Despite these issues, the overall atmosphere was somewhat welcoming.
