The location was excellent for those wanting to be close to the university and the football stadium. I was alone in the room, so the size was fine; it might be a bit small for a family. The bathroom was new, bright, and roomy. The old‑style elevator worked flawlessly. There were several pizza places and cafés nearby, a grocery store on the adjacent street, and a supermarket within a 10‑minute walk. The room had a water jug for heating water and a small fridge. The only complaint was that the shower water pressure was a bit low.
