Location was great, staff at luggage desk were fantastic. 1. $8 for bottled water in the room is madness when you are paying the room rates you pay 2. The credit you get - must be used for the Wi-Fi - again for a hotel at this room rate Wi-fi should be FREE under all circumstances surely

The rooms feel old and gloomy, the “old school” coffee machine was broken, and the common areas were never cleaned. The restaurant had a cold vibe even though the staff were friendly.
