The hotel reception and cleaning staff were very good, helpful and professional. However, the dining service disappointed us a lot. To access the restaurant, we were asked to prove that we had paid for breakfast, even though it was already included/settled in our reservation. On the second day, another waitress told us to hurry because the restaurant was closing at 10 h, while it was still 9:50 h. We find this behaviour unprofessional and quite unpleasant for hotel guests. It would be important to improve the reception and attitude of the restaurant staff so that the experience matches the rest of the hotel.

We arrived on time with a confirmed reservation, but the front desk couldn’t find our booking in their system. Even after showing the confirmation number, the staff tried to sort it out but couldn’t fix the problem then, which was very inconvenient after a long trip. We understand that occasional technical glitches happen, yet better coordination is needed so that confirmed bookings appear correctly in the hotel’s system. Hopefully this note will help improve things for future guests.
