Finding the hotel was very easy, and it’s super close to the train station and the main shopping centre. The staff were great, especially Fahim, whose customer service was exceptional. Some features feel a little dated, like the storage and the small touches in the bathroom, and you have to ask for a decent number of towels.

The reception area was fine, but everything else was terrible: bloody handprints on the walls, burnt carpets, dirty cups, and no cups or towels. The two twin beds were joined together even though I had booked a double room.
The staff and customer care were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay.
