The location is good and the staff are friendly, but it’s too expensive, the room was renovated but it still looked old, the air conditioning didn’t work well, and the sink was very small.

The manager Federico is extremely helpful. The property is clean and in a great spot for both business and leisure stays.

This is my third time staying at Prima Guest House Collection, and everything was perfect as always.

The air conditioning was necessary because it was extremely hot outside, and the proximity to the city was a plus. We expected a real hotel with a reception, bar, lounge, etc., but we arrived in front of a completely closed building and had to figure out how to call someone to open it. The rooms were on the first floor, the upper room had a view of the River (see photo). The lunch was nothing like the pictures (mediocre). Moreover, they asked us to pay several times even though we had already paid at booking. This hotel does not deserve the rating it received; it’s the first time I’ve been disappointed with Booking.
