Nothing. The staff was very rude, they cancelled our booking without any information. When we asked, they were not even willing to talk to us. Very disappointing. We strongly do not recommend, especially if you are traveling with family. Don’t trust.
The spot is great, but the room feels really old.
The front‑desk staff are exceptional, polite, and professional. The studio’s entrance opens straight into the bedroom, so there’s no sound isolation, and the lack of carpet in the hallways and rooms only makes the noise louder.
The staff had a bad attitude, we didn't check in as they were saying the hotel is fully booked, no space for any single guests. Don’t ever go to that hotel. The hosts are the worst people to speak to, worst experience.
The hotel is close to events and activities, and the Saudi staff are helpful and friendly. The parking is limited and the underground spots require a driver with at least 20 years of experience 😅
