“Lindo hotel, servicio insuperable, privacidad con aspectos de mejora.”
The service was unbeatable, every staff member had an excellent attitude and was ready to help. However, privacy was lacking because the windows were transparent, and the suite we stayed in was a pass‑through for everyone else, facing the restaurant; everyone could see us, which ruined the view since we had to keep looking down. The bar music was always audible, and even though it wasn’t loud, it interfered with what we wanted to see and hear. At night it rained and the bathroom flooded!
