The room is equipped with air‑conditioning for climate control. It contains one double bed that accommodates two guests. A flat‑screen television with satellite channels provides entertainment. The private bathroom is located within the room.
The staff were courteous, the cleaning was good, and the views from the bar and pool were lovely. Trying to add a tip to the bill without permission was awkward; each of our three nights cost over €150, and we were charged 200,000 pesos for staying from 12 H to 16:30 H. Everything else was expensive, especially the food… I accept it, but then you want to add a 63,000‑peso tip! No thanks.

The location was top, the pool was lovely and the rooms comfortable. I also enjoyed the friendly contact with Alfonso, who helped us with everything! The rooms had a wall view and the breakfast was sparse.

The hotel sits in the center, a few minutes’ walk from the historic centre, the port, and lively neighbourhoods. The rooftop pool with bar is perfect for mixing relaxation and sightseeing. Rooms on the fourth floor near the pool are noisy, and breakfast service takes a long time.

The place, the service and the food were great, but the room was only cleaned very late; on one day it was so late we asked for the next day early, and they only arrived at noon.
