“Lovely location next to the river Thames”
The hotel sits in a lovely spot on the bank of the river Thames and the room had good facilities, but it was quite expensive for a room‑only stay.

The location was great, picturesque and peaceful, the food and drinks were excellent and the staff were lovely, but the floor cleaning/bleaching near the breakfast area was unnecessary.

The place has a nice riverside setting and a stylish vibe, yet most of the staff seemed understaffed and the usual English hospitality was basically absent.

The staff were very accommodating and the bed was comfortable, and the riverfront location was lovely, but the room was very small and compact, we could hear the next door snoring, and getting in and out of the property was a bit weird before 6 am because of the fire exit.

The location was fine, but it was a bit noisy because of early morning traffic and the rooms on the front faced that.
