I was really impressed with the staff at this hotel - they were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, that's where the good news ends. The rest of my experience was a disaster. The hotel claimed they had no record of my reservation, and then tried to charge me for a no-show. It was a complete mess.

I'm not sure what happened at this hotel, but everything seemed to be going wrong. I prepaid for a room, but when I arrived, they claimed I didn't have a reservation. It was a complete shock, and we were left standing there with no place to stay. Needless to say, I won't be booking with them again anytime soon.

“Bullshit!”

I was thoroughly disappointed with my experience at this OYO hotel. I made an online reservation, but when I arrived, they claimed they had no record of it. To make matters worse, they said they were fully booked, so I left. But here's the kicker - they still charged me for a no-show, and when I called to dispute it, they said I never even checked in. Needless to say, I won't be booking with OYO again anytime soon.

“room was clean”

The price was way too steep for what you got. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but it felt like you were paying for the location more than anything else.
