This place was a bit of a letdown, to be honest. The location was pretty central, but that was about it. I didn't have any major complaints, but at the same time, I didn't have any real positives to speak of.

The only good thing about this place was its location - it was right in the heart of the city. Unfortunately, the room was a major disappointment. It felt more like a hostel or a budget guesthouse than a hotel, and I had to ask them to change the linen and pillow covers. To make matters worse, there was no water bottle, no towel, and the toiletries were just refilled in a container. It was a bit of a hassle to get them to sort it out.

I was really pleased with the room at this hotel - it was clean and comfortable, just what I needed after a long day. However, the staff were a different story altogether - I found them to be quite rude and unhelpful, which was a real letdown. To make matters worse, when I checked in, one of the reception staff members claimed that my booking showed a higher price than I'd actually paid, and tried to take extra money from me.

I'm really disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The facilities were pretty basic, and it was clear that they were lacking in a lot of areas. The TV in my room wasn't working, which was a bit of a letdown, and the condition of the bedrooms wasn't great either. To make matters worse, the waiter service was pretty poor - I had issues with a parcel delivery, and the staff seemed to be passing the buck, telling me I had to collect it from reception myself.
