The bed was comfortable, the shower was good, and the hot spring was nice. The view from the balcony was beautiful, and I even received a free upgrade to a larger room. The only downside was that the hot spring water could only be filled to 70 % as noted on a wall sign.

Everything was great and I couldn’t find anything to complain about.

The owner and staff were friendly and patient, but the phone in the room didn’t work – no sound at all.
