“Will absolutely stay here again”

The hotel was spotless and the rooms were comfortable, with staff that were incredibly friendly. I paid for parking, which I understand, but the lot fills up fast.

“The parking situation, poor bedding, and lack of complimentary breakfast cheapened the experience.”

The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, the room was clean on arrival, and the complimentary Keurig and pods were a nice touch. The airport shuttle was on time and got us to the airport in under 15 minutes. However, we were told we’d have to pay $15 a day for parking in the large lot outside, which wasn’t clear when we booked—slightly annoying. The complimentary breakfast had disappeared, and I feel it’s unfair to pay extra for a cheap, convenient option. The room rate has gone up while the value feels lower. The bedding felt thin and cheap, and we could hear everything from neighboring rooms. Overall, it seems Hilton is nickel‑and‑diming to maximize profit while cutting corners on most aspects of the experience.

“Nice, but not all that close to the airport.”

We found the rooms nicely arranged and enjoyed a view of the mountains, but the hotel isn’t as close to the airport as the name suggests, and the shuttle bus never arrived even after we gave precise instructions on where we were waiting, forcing us to pay a $50 cab fare.
