We found the perfect spot for our stay in Rome, just a short walk from Termini station. The cozy room featured a private bathroom, a comfortable king‑size bed, and a coffee machine. The host was clear and friendly, and we would gladly recommend this accommodation. We would have liked a second chair in the room.

Lumineux et très familiale!. Le ménage laisse à désiré et il devrais mettre un balai et pelle et lavette pour qu’on puisse nettoyé car pas de service nettoyage durant tout le séjour c’est dommage mais sa était malgré sa

The location is excellent—right next to the train station, metro, and bus stop, with plenty of shops nearby. The cleaner we met was lovely. The room itself was decent, with a coffee machine, a small desk, and a queen bed. Room 6 had two bathrooms in one with two showers, which was great, and the AC worked well. A few days into our stay we returned to find the bed had been remade with fresh towels. However, the room was not cleaned when we arrived: the bedding was old, crumbs were everywhere, the mirror was covered in toothpaste, and ants swarmed the room, contaminating our food and clothes. When I reached out to the owner, their response was dismissive—“the girls are arriving.” We waited outside our room for 1.5 hours after that message before a cleaner arrived. Throughout our 6‑day stay, we never saw the owner and the reception desk was always empty.
