“Our room was sold to others just because of a late arrival”
We tried to let the hotel know we’d be arriving after 6 pm, but they never answered. We sent a few texts, told them we’d be there later, and they said no pre‑payment was needed. When we finally got there, they had already sold our room to someone else, claiming we didn’t arrive on time. It was a nightmare—nighttime, no room, and we had to scramble for another place. The whole thing felt like they were more interested in making money than helping guests.
Room was spotless, super comfy, and the subway was just a short walk away. Easy check‑in and friendly staff made the stay smooth.
