Mini House Oasis

“Great stay”

I was very comfortable throughout my stay at Erik's property; the mini house gives you a lot of privacy and is well equipped with TV, entertainment, heater, air, fridge, and its own shower room; the place is very near Earlington Heights metrorail, which takes you to Downtown in just a few minutes, and to major bus routes to Downtown and Miami Beach too; it is also very convenient for Miami International Airport; Erik is a great guy and I was able to meet his beautiful dogs too—Gringa was my favourite :) I slept very comfortably, the bed is big; the generator worked really well too, as did the WiFi; Erik also helped me to use the laundry, which I was very grateful for.

“Great experience of living in a prefab home.”

It is an amazing place to spend a few days in Miami; it is a prefab home but all the important amenities are included, think of it as glamping in an RV; the dogs are a plus, they are super friendly and provide great company; the property was on sale while I was there, so I am not sure if it will be available in future, but I enjoyed the place; Eric is a great host and he loved showing me around his tree collection; it is surrounded by trees so there will be bugs, so use the bug spray provided.

The place was comfortable, Erik was very friendly and always available if needed. The apartment didn’t have any cooking facilities, but that’s not really a problem in Miami.

The location wasn’t in a great area, but the host was very kind and even gave us a ride to the port for a small fee. The neighborhood itself wasn’t great, and the house was smaller than we had imagined, yet it was still acceptable.
