The TV control was broken and there were too few channels.

“If I hadn't been exhausted from a long day driving, I would not have stayed here. I left early.”

There was no breakfast and no vending machines, even though both were advertised. No TV service was provided. I was charged an extra $50 for my two small dogs (15 lbs and 9 lbs), even though the floors were ceramic tile instead of carpet, so my dogs could not have caused any damage, which they did not.

“At least there are no bugs!”

The vanity mirror was upgraded and had nice lighting. The towels were stained, the bed was lumpy, the pillows were flat, and there was no blanket—just a flat sheet.
