Breakfast was decent and of good quality. The welcome was difficult for people not used to IT at first, which was unsettling, especially since the reservation site was not precise and there was a lack of pillows.

The staff were welcoming and friendly, the room was simple and efficient, and it wasn't too noisy. The pillows were too thick and the price was quite high for the service offered.
