“I'm happy I was with my family”

My family. The entrance guy was shady and unsafe. Reception felt cramped and cheap; I booked the wrong hotel, thinking it was J7 Plaza. The receptionist was rude, we waited 2 hours and got a closed room with no windows. The tiles on the floor were loose, wallpaper was falling off. The room felt more like a short‑term spot than a regular hotel. I paid 3300 for a superior deluxe, but got a basement‑like room. They moved us to a better room with a balcony, but it was 40 °C outside, so it wasn’t usable. The shower wasn’t screened, so everything got wet when you showered.
