The distance from the center of Vitoria is a downside.
I don’t think it qualifies as a 5‑star hotel; it used to be tranquil and silent, with good service. The main hallway carpet isn’t clean at first glance, and the bathroom looks a bit neglected.

The room was fine and the bed was good, and it’s close to the highway, but the “menu del día” made the restaurant feel unwelcoming. Showering in the bathtub at a five‑star hotel is not good, and the whole bathroom was spotless. The hotel was basically a three‑star property.
