The lodge offers an amazing landscape with lush greenery, flowers, and fruit trees. Breakfast is an extra charge, but there’s a wide variety. The staff were very helpful; I arrived right at the last check‑in time and they were waiting for me, very accommodating. We ran into an issue with the TV – it wouldn’t connect to the internet, and because the area is forested, the signal was spotty, so we ended up with no TV. The radio only played one station with old songs like “Good Times,” and still there was no signal. The room had chimney soot, but the shower water was warm, especially considering the cold in the region.

The service and location are great. The breakfast needs improvement, and they should be more proactive—there was no bread and it took a while to be addressed.

Breakfast was great, well served, and the staff were friendly. The shower water was strong and hot! The rooms were clean and the smart TV worked fine. When I booked through the platform, breakfast wasn’t included, so we had to pay for it separately. The lodge sits in the mountains, halfway between Rio and Petrópolis. To leave the lodge, you must go to Petrópolis, and to return you have to go to the toll, pay again, and then back to the mountain road to get back to the lodge. It’s a hassle and an extra expense.
