The location and the staff’s behavior were fine, but the air conditioning didn’t work well; rooms on the top floor stayed hot during the day.

My stay had its ups and downs. The pool was a highlight - it was large and inviting. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the air conditioning worked well. However, I was disappointed with the food options, which were limited and not very tasty. I also had trouble getting in touch with staff after 10 pm, and it took a long time to get my dinner, which I had ordered at 8:30 pm.

I had an amazing stay with my family and friends - we all loved the comfortable rooms and the attentive, helpful staff. The food was spot on, and the safari experience was incredible. The only hiccup was the dinner on the first day, which didn't quite meet our expectations, but the staff quickly adjusted to our preferences and made sure the next meal was exceptional.
