The hotel was very good – the best inn in Ranip. The staff were very good, and overall it was a very good experience.
“Convenient place, great hotel!”
We had low expectations after reading some reviews about cockroaches, but the place definitely exceeded them. The room was spacious and clean, and we were greeted with fruits and sweets. All the staff were friendly and helpful. This was our first time in India, yet traveling was easy because the hotel is in a convenient spot. There's a food court in the same building and a D-mart just a few meters away. The only minor issue was that our bathroom had a nearly finished toilet paper roll with a brown stain, and when we asked for a new one, it was also stained. The bathroom had an odd smell, probably a drainage problem, and on the second day after showering, the whole bathroom flooded due to the same drainage issue.
“Dirty hotel rooms”
Breakfast was fine. The experience was pathetic: rooms on the 5th floor were very noisy, and the staff wouldn’t change rooms. Later they gave us a 4th‑floor room that was very dirty.
“It's the worst hotel in Ahmedabad. Please don't book it ever.”
Nothing to say positively. Everything was bad.
I stayed for less than 5 hours. The desk service was very slow, and the bathroom shower water was clogged with a drain that didn’t work. It was very disappointing.
