How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The accommodation was excellent, the reception team and the owners were spectacular, breakfast was very good, and the ladies who served us had unparalleled courtesy. Very satisfied, we’ll come back.

Nothing. The cleaning was poor.

Nothing. The worst lodging experience ever! Don’t stay there! I paid for two nights but couldn’t stay more than four hours. I requested a refund for one night even though I only stayed four hours. Neither the lodge nor the platform compensated me, despite countless messages and attempts. It was just a return payment via PIX. I was cheated and nothing was done. GENIUS 3 of this platform that ignores its customers. Zero for the lodge and zero for the platform!

The location is excellent. The room is very small, but the bed is comfortable. Breakfast is simple, with little variety, but still satisfactory. Breakfast is served on the fourth floor, so you have to climb several flights of stairs. There is no mirror in the room or in the hotel’s outdoor areas.

The breakfast, the reception staff, the kitchen staff, and the cleaning were all good. The room looked dirty, and the bathroom walls seemed moldy where the air conditioner is.
