The staff were friendly and we received a room with two beds and a private bathroom that felt very comfortable. Wi‑Fi worked well and the basic Indian breakfast was acceptable. The spot is convenient, though it seems mostly frequented by university students, so the crowd is young and can get noisy.
The staff were warm, quiet, and friendly. The location is very good and everything is easily accessible. The place feels very safe to stay in, and I would love to return.

Worst experience ever; I would not recommend booking this hotel if you're a solo traveler, especially at night. They wouldn't let you in even though you had a confirmed reservation, and the staff seemed clueless about how to communicate with guests.
The staff arranged a late check‑out for us. However, credit cards weren’t accepted and when we paid with cash there was no change given, which is inconvenient for foreigners.
