The pool and jacuzzi were great, but the towels, sheets, and amenities like soap were lacking.

The house was really beautiful, and we loved the open‑to‑garden/pool concept; every space opened to the outdoors, creating an unbeatable chill‑out vibe. The pool and jacuzzi were at the perfect temperature. Marisol’s service was excellent, the food was delicious, and she was very helpful. I definitely recommend staying here for a nice time in Malinalco. The only thing that could improve is a shade umbrella for the garden to protect from the sun.
The pool and jacuzzi made the whole trip worthwhile, the house areas were spacious and clean, and all services were good, though the access from the avenue to the house was a bit inconvenient.

The house had everything needed for a pleasant stay; it was very large, with an impressive, well‑maintained garden, bright rooms, two dining areas—one inside and one outside—an outdoor grill, comfortable rooms each with a bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, hammocks, garden chairs, and good security because it’s in a gated community with other houses spaced enough for privacy. Marisol was attentive and helped with everything we needed. The only downside was that the pool water temperature was a bit lower than ideal in December, even with heating and covering it. Also, the large windows let in a lot of light but felt risky for children or accidental falls.
