We lucked out with this hotel's unbeatable location, right next to the station and an easy walk from the south exit.
The view from the hotel is pretty great too, but that's about it.

The hotel’s location right by the station was truly convenient, and although my booked semi‑double was said to be full, they upgraded me to a twin room on the mountain side. It was cloudy so we couldn’t see Mt. Fuji, but the large windows, stylish blinds, lighting, tea cups and kettle made the room comfortable. The on‑the‑14th‑floor hot spring helped soothe our fatigue, and the shower and changing rooms were clearly marked and easy to use. A small surprise was the toilet paper folded into a little Mt. Fuji shape, which was charming. I’d definitely stay here again if I return to Mishima.
The view from the morning hot spring is fantastic. No complaints.

The hotel felt very comfortable and offered a generous, varied breakfast. My room was decently sized and the location was excellent, just a short walk from the station and the city centre. Everything I experienced was to my liking.
