How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The location was great, the staff were friendly, and the view was nice. The room felt very dated, the heating couldn’t be controlled, and the sun pouring through the full‑length window made it scorching. The chair was broken and kept rocking off its stand, there was only one bath towel, no robes or slippers which made getting to the pool hard, and the mattress had a huge crater in the middle.

The location and views are fine, but the hotel feels tired. We checked in at 7 pm and it was busy with a lot of drunk people at the rooftop bar. The room‑service menu was very limited and poor, so I ended up ordering Uber Eats, which was disappointing. I went to the bar for a drink, the place looked shabby, and the bar staff, including some “important” people in suits and ties, didn’t acknowledge me; I waited over 5 minutes and was ignored. The views are great, but the place is overrated, overcharged, and I won’t choose it again for future stays in Manchester.

In the city centre, very close to Old Trafford, the view is good, breakfast is fine, the staff are friendly, and the bedroom is comfortable.

Great staff, very good service , even unusual resolve of my problem, very liked it. Very good breakfast and great location and open view. The pool and jacuzzi should be little renovated , keep attention of cleaning staff for small details
