The staff were the friendliest and most helpful I’ve ever met, but we ran into a faulty fire drill early that morning; the verbal instructions were hard to hear over the speaker, and the next day nobody mentioned it again. A discount or complimentary breakfast would have been appreciated.

The place had an excellent location, great value, was very clean, and the staff were always super helpful and friendly. The only downside was that the rooms were smaller than I had expected.

This hotel was recently renovated, and the attention to detail in the rooms is fantastic. The staff are well trained and professional. Nothing negative.

The spot was spot on, right in the middle of the CBD and close to Lygon St, Carlton and Fitzroy, and only 400 metres from Melbourne University where we were attending an open day. The staff were lovely, friendly and polite, making sure we had everything we needed. Breakfast was amazing; the continental and hot food package included fresh juices, fruit, pastries, yoghurt pots, chia puddings, cereals, cheeses, bread, and a curated hot menu. We really enjoyed our time. The only downside was the feathered pillows, which didn’t support my neck well—my daughter had no trouble, so it’s probably just me 😁
